Monthly Membership

  • Ages 0–18: $30 (with enrolled parent)

  • Ages 19–39: $75

  • Ages 40–64: $90

  • Ages 65+: $105

  • College or trade school students: $65 (with enrollment verification)

Membership is month-to-month with a 3-month minimum commitment to support continuity of care. There is no enrollment fee to join. Patients who cancel and later re-enroll may be subject to a re-enrollment fee and availability of panel space.

Procedures Included in Membership

Bandera Direct Primary Care membership includes most in-office primary care procedures at no additional cost. These services are part of comprehensive, relationship-based care and are performed as medically appropriate during visits.

  • Cryotherapy (≤10 lesions per year) — included

  • Skin biopsy (simple) — included

  • Cyst or abscess drainage — included

  • Laceration repair — included

  • Joint injections — price of medication

  • Trigger point injections — included

  • Osteopathic manipulation (OMT/MSK treatment) — included*

  • Dry needling — included*

    *Maintenance treatments are typically not needed more often than every 4 weeks unless medically necessary.

  • Battlefield acupuncture — included

  • Partial nail removal — included

  • Pap smear (per screening guidelines) — included

  • Pelvic and breast exam (as clinically indicated) - included

  • Endometrial biopsy — Included

  • IUD insertion or removal — Cost of device

  • Nexplanon insertion or removal — Cost of device

  • Botox for chronic migraine (administration) — Cost of medication
