MEMBER PRICING

Your membership covers comprehensive primary care — including primary care visits, telehealth, direct access to your physician, and in-office procedures. Labs and medications are not included.

• Child (0–18 years, with enrolled parent) — $25/month

• Young Adult (19–25 years) — $50/month

• Adult (26–44 years) — $65/month

• Adult (45–64 years) — $85/month

• Senior (65+ years) — $100/month

Household Cap

Every adult pays their individual rate. Children ages 0–17 with an enrolled parent are $25/month each. No household ever pays more than $190/month, regardless of family size. Single-parent households cap at $130/month.

Enrollment Fee

$50 per individual — $100 per household (one-time)

*If membership is canceled, the enrollment fee will once again be charged upon reenrollment, pending availability/space in the clinic.
