MEMBER PRICING

Your membership covers comprehensive primary care — including primary care visits, telehealth, direct access to your physician, and in-office procedures. Labs and medications are not included.

Good news: as of 2026, membership dues can be paid directly with HSA or FSA funds. Bandera DPC is structured to stay within IRS guidelines for HSA-compatible direct primary care, so you can use pre-tax dollars you’re already setting aside for healthcare.

• Child (0–18 years, with enrolled parent) — $30/month

• Adult (19–64 years) — $105/month

• Senior (65+ years) — $140/month

Household Cap

Every adult pays their individual rate. Children ages 0–18 with an enrolled parent are $30/month each. No household ever pays more than $275/month, regardless of family size. Single-parent households cap at $185/month.

Enrollment Fee

$75 per individual — $125 per household (one-time)

*If membership is canceled, the enrollment fee will once again be charged upon reenrollment, pending availability/space in the clinic.
